maybe if it had more of a concept to it than "spin" ... it would be much better if it was conceptualizing something emotive..

um.. then you could take any blurry photo, call it spyn or something random and it's a DD worthy deviation? it could at least point us in a direction

You don't seem to understand DDs. They aren't awards, it's a feature. A 24 hour feature. I find visual interest in the photo, in fact, I like that it's blurry. There are millions of crystal clear photographs in the world that are boring as hell. If you have a question you could certainly ask the artist rather than resort to a tantrum. It's quite simple.
